Plumbing Protection Plan
Includes an annual inspection of all plumbing fixtures and safety relief devices, along with testing and labeling emergency shut-off valves;
Annual Plan: $59

Water Conditioning Protection Plan
Includes two inspections per year of a single water conditioning…plus, during each inspection, we’ll add the necessary chemicals, and all for your one low annual fee;

Heating Protection Plan
Includes an annual tune-up, inspection and cleaning of your gas or oil heating system;

Heat Pump Protection Plan
Includes a semi-annual (Spring and Fall) tune-up, inspection and cleaning of your heat pump system;

Central Air Conditioning Protection Plan
Includes an annual tune-up, inspection and cleaning of your system, plus we’ll measure current refrigerant levels;
Annual Plan: $149

Electrical Protection Plan
Includes an annual inspection of your home’s electrical system, including the main panel, breakers, fuses, wiring and safety devices;

Septic Protection Plan
Includes a 3 year servicing on your home's septic system including baffle inspection at no charge. Please inform us of location of tank and if it's accessible within 120 feet of a drivable surface.
